As an independent esthetician, my time is reserved specifically for each client. Last minute cancellations and missed appointments greatly impact my small business and availability for other clients. I kindly ask that you respect the scheduling policy below. • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. • Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before booking any future appointments.
